Milla Happonen Founder and CEO of ‘CARING HANDS’
Dear Peter,
In the summer of 2005 a little seed was planted in my heart by one Ugandan theologian and Doctor, who challenged me – one person - to make a difference in the lives of people living with HIV. That seed has grown into a tree that has had lots of good fruits. Even now when the tree is challenged by stormy times and some branches are broken, leaves are falling due to the cold season but still the roots are in the deep soil and it is waiting for springs renewal , to blossom to continue to make more fruits . Thank you Peter for inspiring me that all what we need to do to our sisters and brothers who are suffering is simply “JUST DO SOMETHING” and The Good God will take care of the rest. You have always encouraged me by your e-mails. Thank you for your caring heart!
God has given you an international platform to speak on behalf of the stigmatized, weak and forgotten. Thank you for being faithful where God has put you to serve Him! Together we can – change one life at a time!
